We post worldwide and all of our items are posted using Royal Mail. You can select your choice of postage from the Royal Mail options provided at the checkout upon completion of your purchase.
Royal Mail special delivery and international signed are also available at an additional cost if you require a speedier & trackable postal service. We post all items within 24 hours of completed payment throughout the year except for holidays which we will advise customers of if a purchase is made during this period.
Please refer to our Returns Policy if you have purchased an item in error. An automated email will be sent when items are dispatched but please note that this is only a notification of us discharging our packages to Royal Mail via the Post Office. The delivery of items is also subject to Royal Mail's collection and delivery schedules so please make allowances for Royal Mail's non service days and Bank Holidays.

Returns
We operate a return, refund and cancellation policy for all purchases subject to all purchased items being returned to us or cancelled within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in the same good condition as when first purchased and the original invoice or note containing full details of the buyers name and address must be included.
